I received a box in the mail of (I believe) scam "beauty" products from a company called Maely's. I did not subscribe to this service. I have called my credit card company but so far have not received a refund. I simply would not buy $300.00 of products from an unheard of company. The company has no telephone number. There is an email address but they do not always reply. When they do they simply say I ordered the product but won't provide a way to ship it back (and why should I go across town to ship back a product I did not order?). After doing a little research I see online that there are many people out there who have also been scammed and don't know how this company got their credit card info. Maybe there is another unscrupulous company that sells personal info. I just know this has been very frustrating. I froze my credit card but still got charged.

Product is incorrectly marketed. Product caused a reaction that left my skin burning. Product was marketed as try before you buy but charged full price before the product was even shipped. Company will not refund me and is only offering an in store credit for products I do not want and that did not work.
