Searching for natural/cruel free skin products online, I found this firm - they advertised with free trials. I very naively ordered two products and should have taken the warning signs when shipping within the US came to 13 dollars. After a couple of weeks, checking my account, I learn that the firm has drawn approximately 185 dollars from my account - for what I don’t know. Nowhere in the process of ordering free trials was there ANY information about opting in or out to buying additional products. Neither have I received any additional products.
