I have had the unfortunate displeasure of dealing with this company twice. The first time I had to provide a side my side photo of my email confirmation of the photo of the item I ordered with the item I received before they believed anything I said and all I was told was that the item I purchased was now out of stock and that if I wanted a refund I would have to send the item back at MY expense and I would not be refunded for paying for the return packaging either. The second time I've been corresponding with the company about my misdelivered package. The tracking number says it was delivered. I spoke to my roommate, contacted my neighbors and spoken to the postal worker and NOBODY has seen my package. I've checked a few times and the received the same response. I've emailed the company and told them this but they keep making excuses telling me that the tracker says the package was delivered and to check with my neighbors. I've told them 3+ times now that my neighbors don't have it, I don't have it, and my postal worker never had the package in their possession. They tell me to continue trying to find the package because they have lost a lot of money on situations like this. And they even flat out told me the package they claimed was delivered is in fact NOT the item I ordered to begin with. I was not aware it was the same company I was dealing with until after I purchased my item from an entirely different website from the first item I purchased.
