This website looks legitimate but they never sent the product. I have been waiting for 4 months and contacted them multiple times, and they kept emailing me saying the product was on the way.

I ordered on March 18th from the shop and after a few weeks of not receiving merchandise I contacted them via fb DM, Instagram DM, and email. No methods provided a response.

I purchased the item through after pay and got in touch with afterpay about not receiving my products. After pay stated that there would be a way for us to get the money back but they would need to investigate. Upon after face investigation I continue to message the merchant and finally received a response on Instagram just saying “hello how may I help you?”

When I explained that I knew that they were scam company and I wanted to know where my merchandise were and that I had opened up an investigation through after pay they fell silent. They still have yet to return to any of my methods of communication and have been ignoring afterpay as well. Although after pay is definitely not as aggressive as most organizations are when they are trying to recover money it appears that this company has done this to multiple people.

I placed an order on their website on 03/25 and have yet to receive the products or any updates. I reached out to them multiple times via email multiple times, only to get no response or a generic “we are processing your order”. Their website says that it will ship 3-5 days after order but again, it’s been 1.5 months. When I reached out via social media (Instagram) and posted a comment about my experience, they deleted my comment and blocked me. I have also seen a couple of other comments calling them scammers before the comments were removed/deleted. I have asked for a refund and am now waiting to hear back and have also reported them to Instagram. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! See below for how many times I reached out and how many times I got a response or what kind of response they said. When I tried to track my order on their website, it says “order not found” and their reasoning is that they were having issues with their website. I tried again 4 days later and it still said “order not found”..a legit website issue would not be lasting that long.
