I paid $14.98 in January 2024 to this company for a dress I never received. They agreed to send me a replacement dress with a signature required. They said it was delivered, however I did not sign for nor receive it. They then said they would issue me a refund. It has been over 100 days and 40 text messages and they keep telling me to be patient as the refund is processing. At this point I believe the whole thing is a scam and wanted to warn others not to buy from them.
