I was searching the internet with my phone for Human Dog Beds. The Macy's site looked legitimate so I ordered using my Debit Card.

I recieved an email with order confirmation number and tracking number. When nothing showed up at the address I tried to get a refund and found no recourse.

Macy's clearance website, order two chairs, never delivered. When contacted them to find stated they were delivered. Looked our security cameras, nothing dropped off, when tried to contact them again, just kept getting the same response.

Said it was presidents day sale they used Macy's website i ordered 2 "human dog beds " i used my credit card.

Ad said it was from Macy’s but ended up being Debowen Garment. I used my debit card. It was $45.98

They are pretending to be Macy department store. They use their images and information. They also use many different web names but continue to say they are Macys online sale. They have many comments regarding the product. They even had a website you could click for further information. When you click both link it states the website is down. The purchase name that came out of my credit card is DEBOWEN Garment. I have notified my credit card and they have started an investigation. I just know they are attempting to lure many more people. They are advertising that luggage is on sale. Like I said before they have many different names that they are using while advertising on Facebook.

Scammer used a Facebook ad on Black Friday. We clicked on the ad and proceeded to purchase a couple of items we thought were from Macy's. We paid via debit card, got a couple of emails. We tried contacting them to cancel the order, but they do not respond. The money was taken from our account and we haven't received the items from them.
