I spotted some clothing on the website ordered three days in a row three weeks later they said the order was in customs,two weeks later they said package was sent and singed for then offered pay 70% of price then all stopped no more anything

I made an order with the website saying it was Macy’s. Claiming they shipped and delivered the product I paid $89.00 for. I have yet to receive anything. When I go to usps, it’s saying the tracking number used, was delivered in Poland in Oct of 2024

Apparently they're fraudulently using the Macy's name to sell the products. On the site is everything that Macy's would be selling. Only this advertises as clearance.

Advertised on facebook as a autumn sale. I was redirected to Macys or a make shift platform of all insignia. logos and processings of Macys. Order was placed and an email was sent to confirm order and a fraudulent tracking number and contact email. I reached out to the email provided, [email protected] at which time I receieved several error messages stating that the email did not exist. I reached out to Macys by phone and was told that they didn't have any records for the order, and I explained the situation to them. I contacted one of the banks that I used to make the payment, Green Dot and sent them all supporting documents to outline and show that this was a scam. I was sent a letter by Green Dot stating that they can't assist in disputes of delivery of goods. I contacted my 2nd bank, and they immediately started an investigation and reversed the charge back to my card. I will be contacting Facebook and Macys again to find some type of resolve to this matter..

Site was on Facebook as Macys Clearance and I ordered 2 Human Dog Beds paid 49.84 Did Not receive confirmation. I was able to get on Macy site showed order and tracking info stated on 02/10/24 waiting for carrier to pick up. Unable to access site will not load.

appeared to be a link to Macy's Clearance sale for a dog bed. Cost $28.98 with tax and shipping for a total of $48.96. Rec'd confirmation from what looked like from Macy's but never rec'd bed AND the links are no longer active.

The scammer had the site portrayed as Macy Backstage I had placed an order for some coats that was advertised for a clearance price of $3.95 so I purchased 4 coats and a shacket. A few hours later I received a confirmation email stating that the order was received and once it was prepared, I would get another confirmation email. I received a confirmation number which was CSJ2023195887YQ, periodically I would check the site for an update. The site showed that the package was moving thru clearance, and a month later it had arrived at the final steps meaning it was at my post office. On Sunday 01/18/2024 I checked the website once again and it stated that the package was delivered. I checked my camera to make sure I was tripping because I was home all day. Once I checked the camera it showed no package had been delivered that day and time. I reached out to the email that had sent from the order which is [email protected] once the email was sent a representative reached back out stating that they would reissue the order which was never received. I check the site for reviews and there are numerous of complaints of how people have order from the site and found out that the site is fake and that they send out fake shipping information stating that the package was delivered which isn't true.

When reaching out to their customer service email to find out where the package was, they said it was delivered successfully which it wasn't. They told me to check with my post office, and then let them know. Nothing went through my post office, and nothing was delivered. And according to their tracking it was delivered. But $42 worth of product ordered was not delivered to me, and they will not refund me. All of the emails they sent seem automated and with new emails I sent them, they had the same reply.

I ordered 2 portable beds on a big discount. After payment, a pop up came up saying "Thanks a lot!" Didn't receive a receipt was an immediate flag. My credit card info showed payment went to Elegantbeing. Looked up Elegant being, results showed possible scam site. Looked up the address used above on their still existing website, and it shows business permanently closed.
2days later I received an email saying my orders was on the way, and provided a tracking number. Tracking shows up as "No existing data".
Since then I've been receiving daily emails from them saying "We can only hold your items for 24hrs, please complete your order" when you hit the complete order button, it shows red numbers counting down showing you have less then 10 min to complete your order to keep the discount. I emailed them several times with no response. When I first ordered the actual website was Macy-wherehouse, but now it's Macy-homesale.

I started an order on the fraudulent website and the website retained my billing address, phone number, and email address and my brother's shipping address and phone number. My Mom previously placed an order for $50 using one of her credit cards and then she tried to place a second order and the website would not accept any of her credit cards. We know that the fraudulent business has her shipping address, phone number, and email address. We are also thinking that the fraudulent business has several of her credit card numbers.

I Order a 2X Big chair from Macy's website for 35.99 . Never got the items. I received an email stated that it was shipped, that was two weeks ago. Called Macy's and they don't even know nothing about it. But you no what the saying is, if it to good to be true , its not true.
