I purchased an item thinking it was a Macys couch but when I purchased it and never sent ma a confirmation number..now I noticed they changed the logo to Mayfair I never got my money refund

I seen advertisement on facebook, the name of company was MACY, selling clothing , I purchased alot of clothing in march, they sent me a email saying it just arrived at my doorstep , which it did not. The trackng #is ***************** . The scammer used nice clothing at a cheap price. everything was suppose to be coming from SHENYHEN CHINA
