They claim to be Macy's. Ordered clothes on January 29, 2023. Received an order number. Have never gotten clothes, I asked for a refund, haven't gotten that. They got back to me I think twice and now absolutely no correspondence from them at all.

A company claiming to be trustworthy company and they're not, they're from England and a scam. I'd like my money back or the order delivered.
