I ordered 2 chairs from www.macyoutletsales.com on 11/9/2023. I paid $100 in total for both items. When the order was placed the charges made to my account came from two separate businesses neither being Macy. One charge came from chicdresscove centennial while the other charge came from katherinestyles. This was the first sign something was off. I then received two confirmation emails, one for each chair. The email stated that my packages would be shipped via Fedex within 3 business days. The tracking numbers given to me (AM106442653CN & AM106442769CN) do not register in the fedex data base. I can only track the package on china post. As of yesterday 12/5/2023 the china post is showing my packages where delivered and signed for. I never signed for any packages nor did I receive any. I've tried reaching out to customer service but the site no longer works. I had to go to a new website https://www.macy-discount.com/ to find a contact email to reach out to. Two of the emails they give out don't work ([email protected], [email protected]) The last email i tried went through but no one has reached out in regards to my missing packages ([email protected]) I'm assuming they change the email as they change the site url.

Ordered sofa’s that were advertised as being on clearance. It was a scam, and I had to dispute the charges. An additional charge was made be the scammers. I changed my credit card information after being alerted.
