Hawaii date 3 may 2022, i bought a supposed pc cleaner from clean my pc .com price suppose to be $19.99. on 5 May 2022, I was checking my bank account to see if my insurance was paid. I noticed a 39.94 charge to my card which i did not recognize, so i called the phone number associated to that bill posted on my bank statement, there was no answer, so i called my bank and said i did not authorize any 39.94 payment from my card. so we went through the dispute process and i signed that statement. Initially my 19.95 had the name cleanmypc. on it but on the bank statement it showed that now the $19.99 for clean my pc has the same billing phone number as a 39.94 statement charge which i signed a dispute statement on. Later i called the cleanmypc help line and explained what is going on why is this happening? after some exchange of words they said don,t worry we'll refund you the entire amount just wait 7 to 10 days. As i ponder this i may not get my 19.99 or my 39.94 back however i bringing this up to your attention. They advertised a product for 19.99 and when you are in process of downloading it they tried very hard to sell me another product worth around 200 dollars (if i buy it now). and when i declined i get an additional 39.94 deducted from my bank account for something i did not authorize, just thought maybe your line is of work you are familiar with what happened to me. For now i am marking lost money and information below.
