Kyle Mackey advertises as a mobile mechanic.He asks for 20 to 70 dollars for a diagnostic check .then he gives a bogus reason for car problem ,tells people he needs money for certain parts ,then takes money and me or returns to fix car or nothing also never returns calls from consumer.He doesn't have a liscence and is not a certified mechanic

He also doesn't report money he makes.He did this in Brea,Cal.also and had people trying to sue him so he came to Arizona and is doing the same thing
