I turned my computer on and a big Message stated " They had locked my computer and needed to call Micro Security as I had someone trying to get information" I called the number and spent 2 hours thinking I was talking to someone at Microsoft. He gave me a name of Clay Spencer with ID #0048 and said he was a Level 5 Microsoft Support Tech. After he fished for more info. which I did not give he somehow unlocked the computer. Then he advised he would call back the next day to see if we were having anything not right with the bank. At around 10Am the next day I called back. Ask if we were checking our Bank for any problems with anyone trying to get into the account. I was getting a bad feeling at this time when ha said he was going to connect us with the Federal Trade Comm. Told me to stay on line and after a few minutes this guy gets on the phone and gives me a name Raymond Scott with the FDC and gave ID # D797662 and phone # 435=429-2189. Told us we needed to go to our bank and withdraw all money out of checking and savings account leaving $200 in each. Kept telling us to listen to him and not do something stupid; Kept telling us the whole time. When we told him why and he said if the bank ask. tell them you are buying a new car or something. Lie to them he said and don't do anything stupid. . He said after we got the money .in cash he would tell us where to go and do a new account he would provide thru the FTC. When he told us to lie and get cash I told him he was scamming us and if I could get my hands on him he would like to go back to whatever country he was from. He got so mad and said we were stupid for not doing what he said to do. He would not hang up and just kept yelling at me for being stupid. Thinking back I think it was the same person doing all the talking, Just change his voice a little.This all happened Sept. 28 AND 29 2022
