The website was advertising for gifts for Mother’s Day. They are custom gifts. The one I selected was a beautiful tree where my mom’s children’s names can be added and our birth flower. In all the pictures it shows a beautiful standing tree that is on end tables etc. When I received the item it’s so small it barely covers my hand, it does not stand up. The names and flowers are barely visible and it depicts nothing like the images they portrayed. It took about 3 weeks to even arrive and they refuse to resolve the issue or give a refund for their item. I have photos of their website and everything they depicted along with what I received but it’s not allowing me to upload them.
