This is an update to my complaint / Review sometime between 4:30 and 5pm Saturday the nurse called from MabsRx and set up an appointment for Sunday at 12 Pm. She arrived by 11:50 administered the treatment. She was very nice , personable and professional and in fact works at the same hospital as my son in law. She got the vein in one stick usually people have trouble getting a vein on my wife. It was very quick and no hematoma the next day which was excellent. With in 6 hours of her treatment my wife was improving. So very grateful it worked out in the end . It’s Unfortunate the communication was not better prior to the treatment otherwise would have been a perfect experience. But all worked out in the end and would do it again.

Contacted them Thu. They called back to confirm eligibility. No contact after. Emailed and called numerous times no response calls ho to answering VM. Kept calling. Sat am I got David he said not sure why no one called he would put in Urgent request for local nurse to call in 2-4 hours. By Sat 4 pm still no call or returned emails. I feel like they just wanted my medical info. and they are either a scam or don’t know how to run a medical practice. Zero communication.

I registered on Friday, they told me 24 hours a nurse will call me. Called 4 times asking because nobody came within 24 hours. They told me if was 'difficult' during the weekend. Finally, today MONDAY, a nurse came, after 5 tries to get my vain , she couldn't and left. CAlled to have someone else more capable and they told me the only nurses were 2 hours from my house.

Fill out intake form provide ID and Insurance card for nothing. They promise to call back with a nurse but didn’t.
