Gina rushed and requested half payment $997.50 for puppy training. When we cancelled 3 days after paying and decided not to proceed with her program. She refused to refund the amount, we never signed any documents or agreements that we’ll enroll our puppy. She was rushing and insisting she we pay to secure our puppy’s spot for training. She’s keeping $997.50 without any services delivered. How can someone like this continue to stay in business without refunding customers that did not want to continue with the program?? Please help the others by stopping this business to remain open and continue to cause harm to others by stealing their money.
