M.Walkers Tree Service was paid in full for a job that he has not completed. He destroyed property and when he agreed to pile the downed tree in the back acrage, he scattered it all over the property. He was told before being hired, that my elderly handicapped mother cant get her scooter over the roots from the tree thats in front of her handicap ramp to get in her home. In the contract he was to take down the tree and grind all roots and the stump. The fee was 1900.00 and that was paid. My father gave Mr Walker a cub cadet riding mower for a bonus. Mr Walker took down the tree in one day, he destroyed a very nice brick fire pit by dragging tree limbs over it. He said he would be back the next day to grind the stump. He came back the next day, not to grind the stump, but to pick up the riding mower, and told my elderly parents that the grinder was in the shop and that he will be back in a few days. Its been a month now, my father has talked to him a few times and so have I. My mother got stuck on the roots the other day and had to crawl through the mud and up the steps to get in the house. He has taken advantage of my parents who are senior citizens. Please beware! Mr Walkers license # 660628, it was printed on the work contract that he kept but my mother took a picture of it while he was taking the tree down. I do have pictures of his work, but they are on my phone and this computer is my work computer. Pictures are available at request.
