Yes they are,they got me for almost two hundred dollars. When I got in touch with them,they told it would cost me more to send back so good luck That's when I knew it was a scam there's nothing more to say. They set up this websites to rip people off.

I ordered a pair of tennis after seeing an advert on facebook, got a mail that the order was received, this was on the 5th of October 2020. I received nothing! we are now 1/01/2021.
This is definitely a scam! Big Scam!

Ordered two pair of sandals and paid in advance .initial response was order recieved and they would contact on the shipping date . that was over 3 weeks ago. I've messaged them several times and have absolutely no response whatsoever. I've learned my lesson stay with local vendors and prime.

I order the "100 ways to play with big rainbow fun." Like others, the "big" rainbow is tiny. I ordered 2 of them. I paid through PayPal and immediately tried to get communicate through them. 2 months later, PayPal keeps pushing out the anticipated date of resolution. I suspect they aren't having any response from the company either. I just want the company to provide a prepaid tracking label so I can return item and receive a refund. I don't believe the postage should be my responsibility as their ad was misleading. When I wanted to leave a review on the item, there was no way to inform other possible customers that the product they will receive is tiny. I suspect their "reviews" aren't real customers. Will never use this company again.

Definitely a shady company. I have been trying to return some sandals for 2 weeks with back and forth emails, them requesting pictures or video of the product (really, it is on the order), they finally said i could return them but did not tell me where. I found this address 1965 Venice Blvd. Suite 405, Los Angeles, CA 90066 on their web site as their office. I will see what they tell me for an address to see if it is the same. They have a warehouse in Japan supposedly.

I ordered the wooden rainbow, too! Delivery took forever. Tracking was worthless and odd. They did not respond to my (3) shipping inquiry emails. I eventually received a tiny 6" version. Tried to contact them twice via email (since they don't list a phone) to get an RMA and their address (since it is not listed either), but have not heard back. What a rip off.

Ordered some sandals which eventually arrived 2 months later. Sole was not attached properly and thinner than the pictures. Nothing like a UK 6/39 in size either.

No response to e-mails to organise return, so all in all a total waste of money.

No address on the website either. Paid £25.57 via PayPal.

This website was promoting their wooden stackable rainbow toy that was just like the Grimm’s Rainbow Stacker toy. I ordered two of them for $55.90 as they were on sale on July 20, 2020. It was delivered on August 12, 2020 and I only received one of the rainbow toys but it was also only a mini version. I was very disappointed as I paid for two and because it was a mini version. I tried contacting the email listed above as it was the only contact information listed on August 13, 2020 and I still have not received any communication.
