I ordered Lysol Laundry Sanitizer and never received it. They said they would send a tracking number within 48 hours and I didn’t receive one. I have emailed them several times and no response. Also no phone number available. Hindsight is 20/20

Scammer set up fake web page designed to look like Lysol. Which allows you to order all Lysol products. After making payment you then see that the payment went to an individual with a Chinese name and a business address in Florida. and after I did the google search found out its not a business located there at all its a house. Also I never received an order confirmation after the payment went through. There's no way to contact the seller by phone only can submit an online message.

Website claims to have Lysol products at a discount, which was definitely too good to be true. Covid season has really made finding disinfecting supplies tough and in hopes of scoring some items, I was duped. Don't fall for it! They used PayPal as a way to purchase. Now I've lost a little over 50 bucks and have sent a claim through PayPal to see what they can do. Buyer beware!

Yesterday, i went online looking for Lysol products. My household members have COVID and we can’t go to the store. I don’t have any cleaning products that kill viruses, so I saw a website that popped up at the top of the Google search. Lysolads.com it looked legit and used PayPal so I thought it was trustworthy. But, when the purchase went through, I noticed a hotmail email address and the person’s name is Gaston Aguirre. It seemed fishy.

So, I reached out to PayPal within minutes of the purchase. I couldn’t cancel it so I contacted PayPal. I got an email saying it was not unauthorized. I contacted them again and they said I can resolve it with the seller and if I don’t receive the package, I can ask the seller for a refund. Obviously, the seller is not going refund me! There is no way to actually talk to a PayPal representative on the phone. They take hours to reply and send pre-written responses.

I also have tried to open a dispute, but it won’t let me because it says my request for an unauthorized purchase was DENIED so I can’t open a new case or dispute

I was looking for a better way to purchase hard to find disinfecting supplies on-line since they are difficult to find in stores these days due to COVID-19. I placed an order using the website that says Lysol, the website is arlysol.com. Did not receive the product, spoke with the local postal service, they used USPS to send 4oz. to an address that is a property that no-one lives in. So they could make the claim that the order was processed. I was told by the post office that all items must be weighed in-order to be delivered. The items I purchased would have at least weighed over 10 lbs. I tried contacting PayPal with no resolution to get my money back, I charged the items on my American Express account. I hope that someone can see to it that this website is taken down.

Hubby found this site after typing in lysol into search engine. Stuff was cheap (s/been a red flag), especially if you can't even find Lysol products in the stores. Ordered around $51 worth of products. When I was entering the credit card info and hit pay, he noticed at the very top in large letters was this: [email protected]. Did not get anything that the transaction went thru, found that odd so I wiped out my information. Don't know if they got my info or not. I sent an email (thru the site) to them, so far have not received any reply back (10/16/2020). The address for this site was in Hudson, OH but the phone number is international 441-753-555-099. Then I went to ScamPulse.com and found this site about scammers. Started reading and there are quite a few about Lysol websites. Hope I didn't loss any $, will have to wait and see. Buyer beware.

I ordered $67 worth of product, with free shipping via FedEx, submitted my payment via PayPal option to pay with my debit card, the charge is currently pending on my bank account. However, this morning I was unable to locate the confirmation email I received from PayPal for my payment, I am not able to log into my account because the web page claims to not be able to locate any record of my email account being registered on the website, however when I attempt to register with my email address on the website it tells me that my email address is already registered. I've tried the forgot password link with no success. The email address is not valid and I have yet to receive any response from the form I filled out and submitted on the contact section of the website. My bank account is still showing the charge for my order. I did not notice the misspelling of information as information until after the order was placed.

I ordered lysol products from this site 25 Sep 2020 and charged to my PayPal credit. When shipping info was confirmed from PayPal, the oder came from a Ricketa May [email protected] with a charge of $10 more, 73.71 vs 63.71. A bogus tracking number was sent stating items were delivered 23 Sep@1056 before order was even placed 25 Sep 2020. I reported to PayPal, FTC, Lysol and Better Business Bureau.

I was trying to order Lysol spray from Target online and they didn't have any but several website came up as advertisement. I placed an order on August 26 with www.lysoler.com and payment was through paypal. On August 26 Paypal sent me an email indicating that my account would not be charged until Kristopher Kale processes my order and that's how it would showed up on my credit statement as payment to PAYPAL*KRISTOPHERK.

On August 28, I received an email that appeared to be from Paypal regarding the shipment of my order. I tracked the shipping number and it said my order was delivered on August 28 at 5:01 PM, which I didn't receive. I contact paypal on September 1 regarding my account because it shows no record of Kristopher processing payment but when I got my charge card statement on August 31 the charge was on my statement.

I have reported this to paypal and my credit card company.

The ad for Lysol and other COVID products came across my internet feed from this company. When you log onto the website, they have the Lysol emblem as well as the Lysol trademark. The website has Lysol, wipes, and other items at a discounted price/ I placed too orders because the website looks like a Lysol company. Upon placing the order, I was directed to Paypal where I completed the transaction. Once the orders were placed, I looked at Paypal and noticed the funds went to a person called Jysen Heist for merchandise and ????????????. for entertainment. I immediately logged back into the account and tried to email the vendor. I got no response. I also tried to call the number, but it was busy. I contacted Lysol and they verified that this was a fake website, I left a report with them. I furthered my research and found complaints about this being a fake website and others losing money and the better business bureau. I also launched a complaint with the Federal Government. I contacted Paypal and they are further investigating by trying to contact the vendor. I am not one to be fooled by things like this, but the website looks so real and has the Lysol trademark. It is also preying on people since it is a pandemic going around. Please investigate this website and vendors.

Beware of sites selling cleaning products. It looked legit but after my purchase the email I received looked suspicious. The name was Shelaina Toulou from [email protected] so I called their phone number that was on their site... it didn't work The address in Ohio went to a Little Tykes warehouse or factory. So I canceled my credit card. Clues were the name of the site, even though it was secure, https, and the fact they had every Lysol product and none were sold out. Buyer beware!
