I purchased a product through the Walmart.com website not realizing it was being sold by a third-party vendor. As soon as I made the purchase, the vendor sent a FedEx tracking alert for my delivery. I even got an email saying my package was received from a third party and Walmart. This was not true, I waited over six weeks until I reported it. Walmart told me to contact the vendor through their site, which I did. I asked them to send the product and new tracking information for the shipment. The vendor sent one-word replies such as "yes" and "ok" but never sent the product. I reported them to Walmart customer service on 3/18/23. Walmart refunded me. I suggested they remove the vendor from their website. You can see that 8 other people reported the same problem.
