Found ad on Instagram and clicked and went to site. Placed order and waited. After 2 months I checked the tracking and it said it had been delivered. Ask for another shipment and was given another tracking number. Another 6 weeks later and it says delivered. Now the store or site says its closed.

Apparently its a bogus shipping site.
