I had ordered a computer processor from this website, after a week of no shipping update I reached out to their customer service. They had told me that it has shipped and I should expect it in 6-8 business days but could not provide a tracking number.

On the 8th business day they had sent me another email contacting me to tell me that they were going to issue me a refund as the product was not available to be fulfilled. The same product I had ordered has not been removed from their available product on their website so other people could still place an order and get scammed out of this as well. It has been 5 business days since they said they have issued a refund and I have had no refund show up on my credit card. I have tried reaching out to their customer service twice since they told me they issued me a refund and I have not received a response since. I have opened a fraudulent case with my credit card issuer to dispute this as well.

Buyer beware, do not order ANYTHING from lykashop.com. I did research on this website before I made my purchase and could not find any suspicious reports.

I Searched up Texas instruments ti-84 plus ce lightning graphing calculator on Google. The website "LykaShop.com " was listed as a store available to sell the calculator and it was listed as $99.00 USD. As it was not significantly lower than other offered listed for the calculator (had average listing price of about $120), I believed it to be a reasonable discount and was most likely legit. I placed the order on the clean, secure looking website that was complete with a Privacy Policy, Billing terms and conditions(both of which I checked) and contact information . After placing my order (on October 14, 2018),it was stated on the website that a confirmation receipt with my order information would be sent to my email. I did not receive this email and became suspicious. However, I had taken picture of the order confirmation before closing out the window where I had been given the order tracking number "8188" to track the order via their website. After about a week and a half (shipping time was listed between 1- 2 weeks), I checked on my order status using the given tracking number on their website where it said order was"processing". Exactly 2 weeks after placing the order, I sent a complaint to their customer response link on their website with no response. I checked my order status the day after that, and it said that my order has been refunded(October 29, 2018) And after confirming that the website was secure using googles 'Safe Browsing: malware and phishing URL Checker' (https://transparencyreport.google.com/safe-browsing/search?hl=en) I was under the impression that the website could still be trusted, at least in terms of security. I sent another customer complaint email on October 30, 2018 when I had seen that the money had not been refunded and again today, November 1, 2018. I've called their listed customer service number three (3) times today, November 1, 2018.However, I have yet to receive my $105.74 back.
