I placed an order for a dress they didn’t send me a tracking $ for almost 3 weeks. Once I got the tracking # I got the dress almost the following week. It was COMPLETELY wrong. I paid $60 for a dress and got some Doll fabric & sized dress that I wouldn’t even pay $5 for. Once I emailed them with the problem. They stated to keep the item since shipping was a lot of money and they would just refund my credit card once I filled out the refund online. I did that. They told me my refund would be on my card within 10 business days... well it has been well over a month and now they don’t respond to my emails anymore. There is no spot on their website to leave a review so I should have known but now I’m out $60 and they I’m sure are doing this to SO many people.
