Placed an order for an item on December 3rd, 2022. On January 3rd, 2023 I attempted to contact them to ask where the package was. The email was bounced back. Attempted 2 more times to contact them but again the emails were bounced back. They did not have a phone number to call (the number I listed was my own since I couldn't continue without adding one). The item still has not arrived. Money was charged on my card by "Stjiao LLC" and they also do not have a contact number. I looked them up on Bizapedia and multiple other people have run into this problem with them in the past few months.
