Purchased custom car mats on 11/24/22, the item was shipped on 12/8/22 and was delivered to an address in Arcadia CA ( not my address, I live in Michigan) I reached out to Luxus several times and to their credit was responded to promptly however when I reached out in regards to a refund (during the time the package was still in transit for over two months) I was told to continue waiting and after 58 days a refund would be issued. Once I saw the package was delivered but I never received it I reached out to Luxus again and was told that once the package reached the US that their obligation was fulfilled and I needed to reach out to FedEx for a resolution. Thankfully the transaction was covered by PayPal and I initiated a claim. My initial claim was denied because the seller provided proof of delivery however the proof just showed the item was delivered but again, not to my address. I appealed and was granted a full refund via PayPal once I explained my issue. Forwarding to anyone looking to purchase from this company or companies like it, you may or may not receive your items and if you do take the risk and make a purchase make sure you insure your parcel or pay through PayPal.
