Please do not order from this company. I orderEd 3 mink bundles with a closure on Friday 10/30/20. I paid extra to have my order shipped within 48 hours. Today is 11/4/20 and my order has not even been shipped. The owner answered all call prior to purchase but has not answered any of my calls or emails since I ordered. I wish I would have looked at the reviews prior to me purchasing the bundles because I see now this seems to be the norm. People ordering bundles but not having them sent out to them. I am a very understanding person and I can understand there could be delays with the pandemic with shipping. But they have not even shipped my hair and I explained to the owner I had a hair appointment on Friday November 6th and she promised I would receive my hair on time since I payed for express shipping. Ladies be ware and don’t give your hard owned money to this crook because once they get your money you will never hear from them again

I just had an issue with them, I ordered 4 bundles via Instagram on the 7th with description saying they ship within 3 to 7 business days...needless to say, order has not been shipped and when I contact, they told me my order was flagged and said I needed to verify my address. I verify, my order status was still unfulfilled. So they claim to have canceled my order, this past Sunday. Mow today my order still showed as unfulfilled and paid, not canceled so I went through Instagram and had to get them to cancel. Smh when you try to support people and lame stuff like this happens, makes you not want to anymore

?My name is ******* and I ordered a 24” Mink Water Wave Wig on 4/17/20. I haven’t received a tracking number yet as of 4/21/20 and they say they reply back after 1-3 days of processing. Other people have commented that they haven’t gotten their orders either for about a week or two. This is my first time ordering from the company so I want to make sure I am getting what I paid for. I emailed them 3 times, messaged them on Instagram twice, tweeted them, commented on their photos, etc and they still are ignoring me. I plan to call tomorrow but I doubt they will respond.
