I purchased $30 worth of merchandise in March. After waiting over a month for the items I followed up. They said the items were lost in transit. I told them to cancel and credit my account. In June I received the merchandise. I texted them I cancelled the order months prior. They said sorry and if I want to return the items they gave me an address in China and I’m responsible for postage plus they would give me only 30% credit back on my account. After several emails they said they would give me 50% back and keep the items which were crap and donated them to a charity. I still haven’t received the credit and they are not responding to my emails. Let the buyer beware and do not have any dealings with companies that send from China

I placed an order with this website may 8, 2020. Today is june 17, 2020 and i have yet to recieve my order. I've sent many emails about my order and they refuse to give me a refund. The shipping and delivery policy on the website suggest waiting 7-21 days for delivery. After many back and fourth emails i was told i needed to wait between 40-69 days for my order to arrive, which is absolutely ridiculous. The website has an address listed in london, it also has a return address in florida. When my card was charged it said buisness location is in china. They are not transparently doing buisness and at this piont i want a complete refund.
