I ordered a product from them more then a month ago, I emailed them about it and they emailed me back a day later saying they would send another one since I didn't get the first one. After a few days went by I tried to go back on their site and it said it couldn't be reached or there was an error finding the site. They don't give an address or a phone number at all just an email which doesn't seem right to me. But I emailed them saying I want my money back but they never said anything about my order or giving my refund back to me. This needs to be put to a stop and charges need to be filed
