Checked bank account this morning to discover that $98.42 order had shipped to me yesterday from this company
when I called received very fast talking CSR - who when I ask to speak to manager - before she had offered to refund order charges to credit card accused me of being rude and unreasonable. She then placed me on hold for several minutes - during which I called back and did get the refund from another CSR - who refused to transfer me to a Manager or supervisor. This business is doing popups online that are not legitimate. Their webside could be totally ligit - I have never logged on to it. Just want this info out there to help others
