Bogus product which never arrived. Disputed that and got it removed from debit card. But I failed to catch that they have been charging my debit card every month since April from 34.99 - FOR NOTHING! This is a TOTAL SCAM.

I called the Luxtek contact number - it is a bogus Google Voice number which is untraceable. The garbled barely addible message said send an email to an email address that was inaudible.

Only way to deal with them is have your bank block them or get a new debt card.

I ordered a laser pointer from a Facebook clickbait ad for $24.95 on May 17th, 2019. Then, on July 3rd and again on July 23rd, an unknown and unauthorized charge appeared from Luxtek for $34.99.

I missed the one on July 3rd, so I basically lost $70 before I caught it.

Then I read that many others have had the same problem with this company. Don't be another one of their victims!
