STRAIGHT OUT SCAMMY PEOPLE. Dont trust this company, I wasted 4 hours on the phone just to get my refund with the bank to work. No customer service replys. They just take your money and dont mail you your item, and they cancel it so you cant even track or see your order. F these people

Ordered estrogen cream 11/10/2020 from Luxotia, now 11/24/2020 no communication from them and no way to contact them. Looking like they are a SCAM company. I'm calling my bank today to get my money back through them. Thank goodness I have that option at least, otherwise, bye-bye money. Unbelievable. Not sure who else to write? I guess I will report as well to Fed.Trade Commission.

I ordered two bottles of Elderberry Syrup on August 26, 2020. Today is October 3, 2020 and I have not received my products. I’ve looked for a telephone number, it’s none listed. I’ve sent several emails, still no response.

I am furious, & at this point I would like a refund and can’t contact anyone via phone.

I ordered the NuFace facial toning kit from Luxotia Cosmetics on 6/5/20. After about a week of no shipping info or communication regarding my order I emailed [email protected], which is the only form of communication they offer no phone number. I asked if my order has been shipped, no answer, I emailed a couple days later asking for a refund because I felt it was a scam, no answer. On 6/16/20 I reported this incident to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
