I contacted www.luxkare.com for a price for a 5night 6 day stay for postoperative care in Florida. Ronda Mathieson contacted me through email [email protected]. She quoted me $1800 for my stay. She requested a $300 deposit to lock in the dates of my stay. I payed $300 through Zelle using her phone number (786)627-7992 on 04/21/2023. She requires full payment ammount three weeks before stay. Through email conversation she let me know when it was time. I sent her a remaining balance and 3% transaction fee at her request totaling $1545 through cashapp to $LuxKare. She sent me a receipt for both payments. On Friday 06/09/23 she emailed me saying LuxuryKare would mot be available the dates of my stay and to look for other recovery homes with availability. She included to send payment info for refund. I have sent my information through email. Sent payment requests through Cashapp and Zelle. Phone call, and text with no reply or no refund
