I saw an advertisement for their products on tiktok, they included the above referenced link. I ordered a water bottle on 1/23. I have never received any kind of tracking number or status update. I have emailed "customer service" about 4-5 times now. I have not received any response. Their website is still active; however, I've noticed all of their promotional videos have been deleted from TikTok. So at this point, I'm convinced they're a scam.

The same thing with me as well, I ordered a water bottle almost 3 months ago from a TIKTOK video, emailed them 4 times no response back or tracking and or shipping info. No number to call but their website said LA is where they are based out of.
