I saw advertisements for the product on social media, and looked the product up on their site. I also read reviews of the product and company (which I now realize are fake). I purchased the product on their site and soon after started see redflags it was a scam. When my product "shipped out" I was provided a shipping # that was not registered so I couldn't track it's status. 3 weeks went by, then I wanted to call customer service but realized there was no customer service phone number provided. Another red flag. So I messaged an email their site provided (https://www.luxecosmetics.se/) and the representative provided a tracking # that did not provide the status of my package. After some days went by hoping it might arrive I asked for a refund (their site claims full refund within 30 days) and no customer service representative has replied and my money was never returned.
