Asked to fill out a survey an "receive a free pair of sunglasses". Finished survey, then asked to supply charge card number to pay $5.99 for shipping. I agreed to that.

I received the sunglasses in February, then received sunglasses again in March, April and in May. I was charged $98.00 form each pair ($392.00) plus the original $5.99, totaling $397.99.

I agreed only to the $5.99.

I contacted their customer support on 6/10/15. The representative would not transfer me to a supervisor, would not give me the corporate address nor would she allow me to speak to a billing representative. She stated that I could speak to billing, only in a 3-way conversation including my bank. I spoke to my bank and on their recommendation I will be contacting my credit card company.
