Was told to pay shipping and handling 5.95 for ear pods. I was charged 279.89. From a company Bwell and Bfit. Charged me on two different dates. A charge of 5.95 twice, 39.99, 109.00, 119.00. I RECEIVED NOTHING. Hopefully my credit card company will be able to figure it out. I filled a fraud report. All phone numbers had full mail boxes.

I ordered 2 pairs of Luxe Pods as gifts over a month ago. I never received either pair. I did however get multiple emails from them asking if I am enjoying the product but they do not respond to feedback nor does their contact email or hotline even go through. Do not buy from them. That's 80$ I will never get back.

I ordered my Luxe Pods from November last year and I just got them today, even forgot about them.

Waited over a month for my shipment, insufficient tracking info provided and Luxe could not help at all … then when they finally arrived it turned out that the mic was broken or the quality just unacceptably bad (guess broken) but customer service delayed returning the product, asked for test files (to remote check my claims), they received test-audio files, then they claimed the files to be too short (at least 30s), I was done with them...

I ordered these headphones as a Christmas present for my wife in early December. I found this website from either Snapchat and/or Instagram. The Luxe Pods website had great reviews and I wish I had looked further into a couple other sources. Now Im out $50 between the one pair of headphones tax and shipping. Of course I tried contacting them but the only option was email. I don’t think I received anything back from them by email other than my receipt as proof of purchase

Bought these over a month ago! Even though it’s only the 22nd, I’ve been calling and calling and only get a goggle voicemail! I’ve sent so many customer service request it isn’t funny. I honestly feel robbed and most definitely scammed. I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased them $86 on two! Gone!

Straight garbage wish I read reviews before I ordered the headphones. They take your money say the order is being processed then send no updates whatsoever. No updates you contact customer service you get no responses whatsoever. I would not do business with this company.

I should have did my research before I purchased these earpods. I've had them less than a month and they won't pair together. It's not good to be ripped off especially during this pandemic. Luxe Pod is a fraud.

BRAND NEW - ARRIVED WITH A FAULT [email protected] WILL NOT RESPOND OR ADVISE WARRANTY
ALL FRONT FOR FRAUDULENT PRODUCT
If I could rate zero stars I would. I paid $50 for these things, thinking they would be great! Well, the ear bud looks nice but it only pairs both buds at the same time the first time you pair them to your phone. After that, you can only get one to work at all time. Again annoying and stupid not at all worth the $50 I paid. I could have gotten Raycons for the same price or a little more and gotten way better quality from it. These don’t even say “Luxe Pods” they say “wireless earbuds” on the charging pod. Luxe pods don’t exist at all it’s just a front for the website to take your money. They don’t respond to refund emails at all, they took almost 2 months to get here and I am extremely disappointed so do not waste your hard earned money on these things. The sound isn’t even good.

I lost $80 bucks to the worst headphones and they are wireless the should never be on the internet and they don’t have a number for the apartment or studio that they are in

Luxxe pods is a scam. After you purchase their product they send out bogus tracking numbers. They send automated emails from various emails and they never answer your calls. All calls go to a voicemail and they never returb your call. This company needs to investigated by the police and exposed.

I purchased 2 sets of Ear buds from luxe Pod on 4/30 for and rvcd 2 trk numbers because they were purchased at different times on the same day. The seller sent me a receipt with this email on it as well [email protected] . The seller then sent an additional receipt with tracking information 92748927005319010000806267 & 92748927005319010000744392 to via USPS and the order never left the sellers location its still showing in transit at that same location. I used my and my husband debit card to our bank to purchase these Ear buds. I am so very upset because after 2 weeks of waiting I started contacting them and they only responded to me 1 time and after that they never responded to the emails and they just put a phone number on their website in the last 2 weeks because they did not have one there when I purchased my items. If you call it goes to a vm after a quick greeting that someone will return your call. The company has a website and email that look legitimate but they so far are not acting in a professional manner and its been over a month and still i have no Ear buds

Sells headphones and never ships them or sends any updates or responds to emails. Clearly no intention of selling products, just taking payments
