A Mr. Luis Hernandez who is located out of Phoenix, AZ. Hired this company to deliver a puppy to my door step. This company asked for $500.00 for an insurance policy, then ask for another $450.00 for a city permit. I don’t pay the $450.00 but I did pay the $500.00 for the insurance policy or this company would transport my puppy. This company asked for the $450.00 for the city permit after the puppy had already traveled to my state. I DID NOT PAY THE $450. Due to me not paying that $450 I was told by this company in a text message that if I didn’t pay the puppy would end up in a puppy rescue center. So I don’t know where that puppy is now. Yes they said those fees are refundable, I wasn’t willing to lose another $450. Beware of this luxe cargo express. Scammers run this company.

I was too. I lost $300. I would have lost more had I bought the insurance and gone on. It’s like gambling. I only had so much money and I didn’t have enough for the insurance and they wanted me to borrow from friends and family. They weren’t up front about all the fees. Once you paid for one thing then they sent you an email and said now you must do this before delivery, but you will be refunded. When I said no more just give me my money back they said you are only refunded at delivery. I’d like to know how much the lady that commented first paid for her puppy at the end.
