I purchased a few pieces of jewelry from this store a few years ago. One day i took in my bracelet to get repaired and they never gave it back. It’s now been over 2 years of trying to get ahold of them. Every time they make excuses. They also did the same thing with my necklace. These pieces are worth thousands of dollars. They also have many reviews on their google account, even recently stating this has happened to them as well
