On November 3 I purchased an outfit from luxe and avva. On December 20, I sent them an email asking about the order. They kept telling me the order was going to be shipped but was taking so long due to a backlog of orders. I kept inquiring, and they kept stringing me along. I eventually asked for a refund. Now all communication has stopped with them.
