Caller identified themselves as a Hilton property, offered an amazing deal, covid will be no worry etc.. Never said the call was being recorded, they lead me to believe that they were indeed a Hilton Property. I called to have my card credited within 30 minutes of the call as I saw many red flags when I started doing research. Duplicitous in every way possible, won't answer calls, given an extension you have no way to reach. Won't escalate the call to anybody else just told your package is nonrefundable.
