Av ordered the fluffy comforter on the 15/04/22 I received email stating that they processing my order the next day your order is on its way until todate…I emailed with no response I also tried counless times to track the order using the order no from that email the shop is not found even the order no is invalid ☹️

I ordered 4 comforter sets 3 days ago and got a confirmation email with my order number. I emailed both the billionaire email and the actual site email. I entered my order number and email on the actual site and it can't find my order and I already paid. It was for my children and I have low income and they are waiting for them. How do I get my money back or actually get ahold of the actual company.

I ordered 2 comforters and was told 3 to 4 days for delivery. I received a text with a link which worked once then said shop not found. I think I have been scammed. I sent a message on their site but have had no response. I bought these as a gift for my girls and I am on an extremely low income. It's not fair that these people will more than likely get away with this.

Fake Facebook Online store

I found this store on Facebook, selling household items, and ordered a few items, after paying with my credit card. The website became unreachable and unavailable. I have sent emails to the 'contact us' page, but no response. It is 3 days already.

Luxal Club Order: No tracking number and follow up email until now

I ordered fluffy comfortee on Luxal Club on April 15 then receive an email on April 16 saying my order is on it's way. But until now, I didn't receive any more email regarding the tracking number so I tried to visit the store again but it said,store not found. I already paid my order.

Hi, on February 25th, 2022, I ordered and paid for in full, 4 of the fluffy blankets, 2 king size and 2 queen. I have had No emails, No tracking order number, in fact there has been NO correspondence at all. I now fear I have been scammed. I'm bitterly disappointed that these so called businesses feel it is ok to steal from customers and have no morals or conscience for their actions.

Ordered a comforter site from this website was told 3/4 shipping days. It is past that and I even reached out to the company on fb and they blocked me from posting to the page. I will be disputing at the end of this week if my order is not here by then ! I hate scammers !
