Har ej hört ifrån dem. Varför får de fortsätta lura folk. Detta verkar vara ett företag som uppger sig finnas i Litauen, SydAfrika,Kina, USA..js flera olika länder. Tror personligen EN organisation bakom som håvar in massor med pengar.

RIPPED OFF

Like so many others have shared, I also ordered/paid for two (2) comforter sets April 2022. They never came! I reached out to them and have heard NOTHING back! I WANT A REFUND ASAP! AND THIS COMPANY TO BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN, SO THEY CAN'T CONTINUE TO STEAL PEOPLE'S MONEY!

I’ve never received my items
This was last March
And yes I still want my items or money back
Thank you much for taking my report
I believe if this company is a scam they should be prosecuted for the crime they are committing
I will wait for a response to this matter

I ordered a fluffly comforter on the 27 December 2o21 and received an email that the order is on the way and waited for three months and emailed them only to found that they cant even provide me with a tracker number and they are still on facebook and recently they dont even have an address or contact number except this email that i provided above

Purchased the Fluffy Comforter Queen Set in Mustard Colour, on the Friday 8th of April 2022 and still haven't been recieved.

Although the website had sent me an Email from what states as Luxal Club Official with [email protected] being the Email Address, on the Saturday 23rd of April 2022 confirming an order number and stating below to Write a Review.

I ordered a mint color Fluffy Comforter set and a MagicGalaxy Projector sometime in March and I got an email a few minutes after I placed the order that said the order had been updated, now there isn't even a website for them! These scams are getting worse and worse there should be a law for people who scam people out of money! I want my $25 back!

I have ordered the fluffy bedset in beginning of April. Even got tracking number! Tracked it to the day it said it is going to final destination. Waited and Waited. After 2 weeks started to send e mails. No response, although they have sent me e mails asking for a review of their product! I do have to be careful with my money to make ends meet and now THIS!
