I'm receiving emails asking me to pay for a product I didn't revieve. They are threatening legal action

I selected a Facebook add about a blackhead killer product, I was in the process of buying the product and changed my mind. I then start to receive now 2 letters in the mail saying first I owed $39.85 now I receive then another late fee added showing $49.85.It doesn't show a contact # to call, just an email address.

I received in the mail this blackheadkiller peeling mask thing and never ordered it. Because I couldn't find a contact to send it back I just kept it on my desk. Today I got two letters (no phone name, only an address in Denmark) saying that I didn't pay the peeling mask thing and I was incurred of $ 10 late penalty. The second letter saying because I didn't pay (I never received any invoice or letter to pay anything) I was incurred an extra $ 10 late fee. There is no contact other then the site that shows to pay only and the email [email protected]

online order for lash enhancement went into the site to see the cost did not put in order but was sent 4 pkgs in the amount totalling $84.90. I sent the pkg back with tracking and it was received by the company, however they are sending me constant emails and letters threatening debt collections for something I do not have and did not order the return cost was $50 and I sent it back because I did not order this when I asked the company to accept cod they refused and started the collection notices...I am very worried about this effecting my credit for something I did not do. It has made me very careful about online purchases. This was posted on Facebook as well.

Please help me I am worried they will send to collections. So far I have received two letters and six emails regarding this they will not stop.

You click on the link asks for your name and address before you can read anything about the dr or product and then at the end asks for you to purchase and credit information when you click cancel a few weeks or month later I received a parcel in the mail and invoice saying I owed them money when returned back to them unopened and sent picture proof of the return shipped and email received another reminder in the mail saying I still owed them money and if not paid will go to collections and I emailed them again with another picture and proof of the parcel sent back to them unopened they are saying I sent it back to late and still owed them money and they have their parcel back

I had to do a search for "Lux Style", I could not find any info to contact them other than an e-mail "[email protected]" and a payment link "http://picturing.com/pay". In there letter to me it says I owe them $113.90 plus two late penalty fees at $10.00 each, bringing a total amount of $133.90. It also states that if I do not pay immediately, they will take legal and open a debt collection case on me.

I do not know what this company is, or why they want money from me. I've truss finding a phone number, but cannot find one.
