I was on facebook and an ad about eyelash enhancers came up so I clicked on it. I don't know the exact website it brought me to but it required my information before seeing the product details. So I began typing in my first name and address, then I hesitated when they asked for my credit card. I immediately closed the window and refused to give them that. a week later, I get 2 eyelash enhancer products in the mail and got an email with a fake invoice attached for products that I didn't order. I DIDN'T ORDER THIS! So I emailed back telling them to take back the product. Please see attached correspondence.

My daughter looked at the product online. She didn't order anything. Lux Style keeps emailing my thirteen year old daughter invoices and threatening for payment.

LuxStyle advertised its products on social media, directing potential customers to a website that did not display prices unless the consumer entered a mailing address and an email address. Consumers have complained that even though they did not proceed to order or purchase the goods and simply closed down the website window after viewing the price of the product, LuxStyle then posted the goods to consumers along with an invoice demanding payment and followed this up with subsequent invoices if consumers did not pay.

i didn't purchased Quickmax products on line and they send product . when i email them they deny it.I am not paying for order i didn't order it .

They send to me by Post Office the product which i never ordered it!!!!

Received parcel in mailbox. Had hubbys name on it but partial correct address. Opened parcel and there was 5 packages of " blackhead killer peel off mask ". As well as an invoice. The product cost was CAD 19,95 then delivery fee 4,95 then invoice fee 4,95. Total amount 29,85. Wanting payment by credit card or Paypal. I messaged them stating I did not order product don't even know what the company was that I may have gotten someone else's order. They responded wanting invoice number and address. I told them the address on the parcel and gave them my address showing the difference. I was then told I had two options to keep product and pay OR mail back at my expense. I was also told I agreed to the terms of service on their website. Which I did not visit. I told them I would not pay to send item back this shouldn't cost me money. I then came across a Facebook group that talks about this scam company. It's happening around the world. Many have received product they did not order and given invoices. They've returned product and told " warehouse rejected it not sent back within proper time period " and sent invoice with added fees. They threaten with lawyers and debt collection agencies if not paid. I've contacted the police about this as well and the European consumer affairs.

I was browsing through the website and added a product to the cart and when it came to payment details I closed the website. But they delivered the product and now demand for money. I asked them for the return label to send the product back but they did not want to send it. You mailed many times but they did not respond about the return label. [email protected]. I was checking about this website and later came to know it's a big fraud. They are sending me mails for payment with late fee. I need your help in this and these websites need to be closed so that others will not be cheated

I received a package in the mail that I never ordered under someone else's name and then I started receiving bills for the package and was threatened with debt collection agencies if I didn't pay it

I believe my under age daughter was surfing the net and her information was acquired by the subject company through phishing. We received two packages of an eyelash serum called quickmax along with an invoice for $94 CAD. They include a threat to send to this to debt collector through their law firm. How do I return this without incurring any cost? They say to email or go to their website, but this could result in further phishing of personal information.

I saw an ad on Facebook for a lash growing serum. I clicked on it to get pricing, in order to do this, I had to give my name and address. I DID NOT enter any credit card info. I was not interested and exited out of the browser. A couple weeks later, I received 2 boxes of their product and an invoice for $84.90 and it must be paid within 14 days to avoid late fees. Immediately, I emailed them (no phone # provided on invoice) to say NO! I did not order a thing from them. Their reply stated that exiting the browser was not good enough, and that entering my name and address was indication of placing an order. I replied CANCEL it! I want nothing to do with you scammers. They told me they would not be responsible for any return shipping. I see others have reported this and have been threatened with legal proceedings and collection agencies. This is so unscrupulous…it’s like walking into a store, trying on a coat, saying no thanks and having the coat and invoice arrive in the mail! I am writing return to sender on the package and then….don’t know how this is going to play out.

a company called Lux Style INternational sent out an invoice for a product I never ordered. I emailed the company to tell them, they insisted I had to pay or I would be reported to a collections agency. If I google Lux Style, the same scam comes up over and over again. Im not sure what to do at this point. And I do not intend to pay. Can someone help me?

Did not order anything from the website. Received product in the mail with invoice demanding payment or be charged late fees. Did not give credit card number or any other personal information.

Seen on Facebook, started to enter in my information, I escaped out of it when asked for my credit card information . About a month later I received a bill from them for 123.90 this included a 10.00 late fee, now I'm receiving e-mails demanding payment with anther 10.00 late fee or they will send me to collections. I never ordered this product and thank goodness never enter any credit card information. I went online looking for a product that makes eyelashes grow faster. I put in my name and address but never ordered or gave a credit card #. one month later I received in the mail the product and a bill for $113.00 I emailed them an told them to send me a prepaid envelope and I would return it because I never ordered it. here is there reply:

When you fill in your details on our site or one of our landing pages, the order gets processed.

If you close out before paying, it does not automatically cancel your order. This is explained on the order page itself.

You can certainly return any items that you are unhappy with. Please send us an e-mail once you have posted the products back to us, so we can place the invoice on hold and make a note to expect the return.

NOTE: Without receiving the goods in return or a payment, we can not close the invoice and you will receive payment reminders regarding this order.

Please note that the items that you wish to return need to be in the same condition that they were sold to you in. This means that we are unable of accepting products that are missing parts, are damaged or for instance have a damaged box. In other words, the returned items need to be in a condition which would allow LuxStyle to resell them.

It's always the customer's responsibility to make sure the item arrives safely at LuxStyle. Under no circumstances are we able to provide return postage or a pre-paid envelope to return the products back to us.
