Dec. 2016 I was sent an invoice for a product I did not order. I signed in to the website to see the prices and that was it. I got some eyelash stuff and sent it back at my expense. They told me the ware house did not accept my return. Now they sent me a letter threatening me with a collections agency if I don't pay the reduced amount of $100 in 96 hours. Or I will be charged for being taken to court and my credit rating will be affected! * *** *** *** *** ** ** *** ***  The collections agency that they use is IO International Collections and was told they have a Vancouver based attorney that will be handed the case. I have done some research on LuxStyle and it seems a lot of people have the same story....confused as to why these people have not been shut down.

the company was posting a facebook add about and eyelash serum , there was no way to get the price unless your email was entered and even the adresse for the to give you cost of product and shipping in your currency. even if I DID NOT purchase the product , closed the browser window, I received an invoice ...never received the product ...and now I have been arrassed to pay for over a year...it had stopped for over 10 months . Today I have received a letter from IO International collections staying that if I want to prevent a lawsuit I should make an bank transfert to a FInland bank!!!! the company does not have a website , nor are any phone numbers listed....this is a scam and I WILL NOT SEND A DIME !

beware , this company has even been banned by Facebook for their scams

I was sent an invoice in the mail for a product i didn't order or receive. I'm being billed USD 19.95 for the product "BlackheadKiller" and 3 separate USD 10.00 for "Late Penalty Fee." No phone number is provided. I'm directed to a website to settle the debt. They are also threatening to send this debt to a collection agency.

I had ordered an eyelash serum online early December 2016 and waited three weeks for it to arrive. I emailed LuxStyle international and told them I did not receive my package. They said they would send out another package, so I waited another 3 weeks and nothing ! So I asked for a refund and I was sent a form and I filled it out and still nothing.

When clicking on the advertisement, for mascara, it doesn't tell you the price. You have to put all your info in and then at the end of it all it tells you the price. I never clicked on anything to purchase this product. All of a sudden the product shows up will a bill in the amount of $94.85 for mascara? Really? I emailed the company and they told me to send it back, I sent the mascara back and they let me know that it was received. Unfortunately, they told me that the shipping dept is not accepting this as it is past the return date. So not only did I not order this product, I returned it and they said that they can't accept it. Now I keep getting demand notes stating to avoid collection pay this amount. Now on top of the $94.85, they have charged me $30 for late payment fees.

I have pulled up scams on facebook and this comes up more that once with different products. I don't know what you can do about it, but this is crap.

Hello,

On facebook saw an online shopping commercial. looked at their product, Blackhead remover mask. to check the shipping cost and final price, they asked to enter my address, so i did. Once saw the cost, i exited the webside WITHOUT entering my credit card information as i was not interested in the product once i saw the price.

a month later, i was sent the product with an invoice.

there is no contact number for this company. I researched this company online and notice many people were also sent products that they did not purchase. I am not sure what to do. but this is the case, and will file a complaint with local police and scam department.
