The seller posted a three piece wooden decor set that includes a tall sign, round sign, and a wooden post, on Facebook. The three piece set can be custom ordered by messaging LUX Designs via FB or Instagram. Attached is the picture she included. I messaged her on July 29, 2021, asking about pricing for the set up, she replied $160. On July 30 we began talking about customizing the items, in that message exchange she stated she accepts VENMO and sent her personal tag. She also mentioned it would be 7-10 days. On Aug 1 she messaged and asked if I was still interested in items and if so I needed to VENMO cash as they were gathering materials. I sent the cash via VENMO on Aug. 1, 2021, I also included all details for this custom order for each piece. She stated it would be 7-10 days, so I reached out via FB messenger on Aug 12(11 days later), she mentioned that she is behind on orders, however it would be complete on Friday. I assumed that following Friday, Aug. 20. I messaged her on Aug. 25 following up with my order and she stated it was ready and asked if I had her address. I responded that I did not have address, please send it to me. She did not respond. I reached out again on Aug 27, Aug.31, Sept. 9, and no response from her. On Sept. 15 I sent a picture of my VENMO receipt, asking for a refund. I finally received a response from her. She said my items have been ready for pickup and her assistant had health issues, and for some reason LUX designs did not receive any of my messages. She stated she does not give refunds to custom orders. I responded where do I pick this custom order up from? She sent me an address and stated she would be home all day on Sept. 16. On Sept. 16 I went to this address to pick up at 2:25pm. I rang the doorbell and from the doorbell intercom she stated that she was not home but I could come back in a couple of hours. I did not go back to this address nor have I messaged the seller again. I was trying to support a local business and it did not go well. Her Instagram page is luxdesigns.tx

Attached is the product I didn't receive however paid for.
