I placed a order and never received my item . I’ve contacted her through email , Instagram and the website . All I’ve gotten was a generated message to be patient. Because she going through stuff. Shortly after my status was changed to shipped and I never received Anything. It’s been more then a year.I’ve messaged her and no response. Continued to promote “her work” .shes a scammer!

I placed an order for 5 sets of nails on November 29, 2019 during the black Friday sale. When I reached out to check on my order on 12/21/19 and 1/4/20 Celisse finally responded on 1/4/20 and said "Hi love! Processing time is a minimum of estimated 6 weeks + with this being a holiday order( meaning received during the Black Friday cyber Monday event) it is certainly the full 6 weeks plus time frame. My end of November orders will start shipment this upcoming week." I've followed up multiple times since then via email and Instagram with no response besides the auto emails saying she'll respond within 48 hours, which she never does. She made her Instagram page have limited comments so you can't even ask about your order. At this point it's been 3 full months but according to her my order should've shipped the week of January 4. I've received no order, no response, no tracking number nothing. If you can't handle the business of offering a sale knowing you're the only one who makes the nails maybe you shouldn't be in business. I guess I'll have to take the loss on this one. I'll stick to ordering my nails from Etsy.

When you order you get a receipt, then when you inquire about your order they will tell you it has been delivered (it will never come), and afterward when you ask for a refund they tell you they can’t do that and then you have to take it up with your bank. After talking to multiple other people who face the same problem, we came to the conclusion that this is indeed a scam.

I ordered from Lux Claws in July and had not received it. I paid with a prepaid Visa card. I contacted the seller October 14th and she replied the next day. We had determined that she wrote the wrong zip code down and she told me she’d ship out a new one. On November 21st I contacted the seller again asking if it had been shipped out because I was given no means of tracking the package. She replied on the 25th and said it’d be there Friday. December 1st I messaged her telling her I hadn’t received it and I asked for a tracking number. I got no response and messaged her again on the 6th and 13th before getting a “Hi!” response. I told her I had not received the package and that I even had my mom check the front door security camera and that I’d like a tracking number. She asked for my full name. She read and liked the message but never replied. I messaged her again that day and on the 16th and 24th and still have got no response. I also have been commenting on her posts asking her to reply on Instagram direct message and still have had no response. She continues to post and promote her business daily but I still have heard nothing.
