I ordered on August 30th 2023, after saying it will be delivered within 24hrs I had to email customer service to ask about my package after 5 days then I emailed them again after a month and when I did the tracking number that they sent me it delivered my package on September 17th to Salt Lake WI I live in Newark New Jersey and they keep telling me to check my postal carry

I paid $200 for a wig and when I received it the hair started shedding very badly. The minute I ran my fingers through the hair, it shed immediately, and I couldn't even comb it because so much hair was falling out. I kept the wig, but I will never purchase another wig from this company. BUYER BEWARE!

This company Hair Gluless represents themselves as Luvme Hair but don't be fooled. The wigs are extremely cheap, subpar, and not what is advertised on the website. It isn't until you place the order that you find out the company really isn't luvme hair. As soon as I received the products I immediately asked to return the items. Rather then advising the next steps to return the items they tried to negotiate by asking me to keep the wigs and I would receive a 30% refund once I declined they said I had to ship the wigs back to China and I would revive a 50% refund even though the wigs were sent from Philadelphia PA in the USA. With in their return policy I should be entitled to a full refund. Do not use this company they are scammers.

Only after ordering did I realize that this is not the real Luvme site or the real quality wigs that were advertised. I'm also not able to contact anyone with the company to cancel or return the items for refund.

The Wigs that are listed on the website is not what the ship out. Human hair is advertised but cheap synthetic wigs are what you receive. Company also refuses to refund

Please DO NOT order any hair from this company. They are selling counterfeit products not what is shown in their plethora of ads seen all over social media.
