This company is scamming people to believe they are the official LuvMe hair company. After clicking on the LuvMe app and their website over previous months, I began to receive advertisements from the unofficial company both on soical media sites and theough google. Their website logo and page are cosely identicak to the official site. I thought after official double vhecking that i was ordering throught the correct company. I ordered 3 wigs, they garnished my checking account instantly and stated that my order will be sent with tracking info afyer 24 hours, just like the official site. It is now 5 days later. Only a label has supposedly been made, my account has been garnished funds twice (with the initial order and now on late yesterday), and I cannot track the order nor recieve information from their customer service. After furthering my own research, after noticing an international fee docked amount on yesterday, and contacting the official LuvMe hair company to find that have no order confirmed with my financial institution or my name, I indeed have come to realize I have been scammed. This company is impersonating another company.
