I ordered one of your icemakers that was priced at $28.98 on September 13th 2021 and have not recieved it yet..where do i go from here to get the status on my order?

I recently ordered a ice machine, on 10/5/2021, for the amount of $38, from the luvamall.com website. I never received my order. I emailed service@luvamall, I got several responses. I was told by luvamall.com that my order was delivered to my mailbox, clearly it was NOT delivered to my mailbox bc an ice machine is too large to fit in my mailbox, I was told, by luvamall.com to contact my carrier. When I contacted my carrier, aka delivery person told me that she has NOT delivered any package to my resident, & told me that the tracking # must have not been correct, which I already knew. My post office told me that would investigate the situation. Luvamall.com refuses to give me a Refund or the product that I never received! When I researched into the company name, all I found was SCAM info on the luvamall.com website address.

I ordered 2 ice machine.waited a month and received 2 hard plastic ice trays. I've contacted them online .they wanted to offer me $5.00 . I paid $45.98 . They keep emailing me the same email offering me $5.

This company advertised a really nice countertop ice making machine for $28.98. I purchased with all the additional fees of tax, shipping, etc.. and received a $0.20 ice cube tray. This company offered me a $4.00 refund and told me to keep the product. Each time I contacted them, showed my receipt, sent pictures, etc.. I get an automated response back offering me the $4.00 refund.

When I looked up the scam on-line, this has happened to hundreds of consumers.

I ordered a countertop ice maker, and received one small 48 mini cube plastic ice tray. I have tried to contact them, to no avail. I posted on their facebook page, as did many others who were scammed.

I purchased merchandise from this company, they were misrepresented. I've emailed several times ti return the merchandise and asked for a refund, they will not respond with the return info. I paid for an ice machine, they sent me ice trays.
